Women's Basketball Get A Great Win Before Facing Denmark

The Lady Pioneers opened the third quarter with an 18-2 run to break open the game on its way to an 92-42 win over Belmont Abbey JV.

Tamerah (TB) Brown lead the way with 22 points. Jazolyn Pendergrass and Shani Davis each had 12. For the freshman Davis, it was career high. TT Dawson had 8 assists while JaMari Frederick  Emily Barr and Shakyra Harley each had 5 rebounds.

SMC is now 12-3 and will face a crucial Region 10 game on Feb. 1 vs Denmark. The game begins at 5:30 pm at Bridges Arena and is a pink-out night to raise breast cancer awareness and honor our cancer warriors.
