Bio

Rich Weber enters his fourth season at the helm of the Spartanburg Methodist College Men's soccer team in 2013-2014. Weber has a 41-15 overall record in two seasons at SMC. Under Coach Weber, the Pioneers have played in the Region X Tournament Championship game twice, winning the title in 2011 and falling to Louisburg College in 2012.  

Weber guided the 2011 Pioneers to a (16-4) record and a Region X Regular Season and Tournament Championship earning the right to host the District Championship against Darton College.

Weber is an SMC alum and former Pioneer soccer player, himself. He transferred to play at Greensboro College in North Carolina.

Rich has coached several club teams from Atlanta to Wilmington, NC and now coaches for the Carolina Elite Soccer Academy.

Weber was an assistant coach at SMC for three years under Dan Keneally before being named Head Coach in the summer of 2011.
