McDonald Leads Pioneer Golf to 5th Place Finish

Loris, SC - The SMC Pioneers men's golf team starts the spring season with a 5^th place finish at the Mars Hill University Spring Invitational. The Pioneers were led by Sophomore Matthew McDonald with rounds of 78-82 = 160, which led to a t13th place. Josh Sprouse finishes one shot behind McDonald with rounds of 83-78 = 151 and claimed t15th.

The Pioneers are back in action at the Sandhills Spring Tournament at Mid-Pines and Talamore on March 3^rd-4^th

Grayson Crawford shaves 5 shots from his first round of 90 with a round of 85 to finish 38^th
