2025 (Cross Country): 

• Competed in six meets during the season.
• Posted a season-best 8K time of 29:22.2 at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championships, finishing 70th.
• Finished 55th at the Pfeiffer University Cross Country Invitational, running 31:54.8.
• Recorded a 30:01.9 8K at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge.
• Finished in 30:54.1 at the Upstate Invite.
• Clocked 31:19.7 at the Louisville Classic.
• Opened the seasonat the Converse Kick-Off, covering the 6K course in 24:09.0.

2025 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

• Competed in six meets during the outdoor season.
• Posted a season-best time of 18:53.04 in the 5,000 meters at the Montreat Open.
• Finished eighth in the 5,000 meters (19:11.34) at the Continental Athletic Conference Championship.
• Recorded a season-best 4:57.51 in the 1,500 meters at the Tornado Classic.
• Placed sixth as a member of the 4x800-meter relay (9:43.12) at the Tornado Classic.
• Opened the season with a season-best 11:07.88 in the 3,000 meters at the SWU/Susan Rouse Invitational.
• Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Continental Athletic Conference Championship.

2024-25 (Indoor Track and Field): 

• Competed in two meets during the indoor season.
• Posted a season-best 5:22.83 in the mile and finished 39th at the JDL Early Bird Invitational.
• Recorded a season-best 10:33.34 in the 3,000 meters at the JDL Flat Is Fast Invitational, placing 63rd.
• Opened the season with a 10th-place finish in the 3,000 meters (11:07.88) at the JDL Early Bird Invitational.

2024 (Cross Country): 

• Competed in five races during the season.
• Named to the CAC Champions of Character Team
• Posted a season-best 8K time of 29:00.7 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge, finishing 155th.
• Placed 18th at the Continental Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 31:37.2.
• Recorded a 29th-place finish at the Adidas/Winthrop Cross Country Invitational (31:25.6).
• Finished 48th at the Brevard XC Classic with a time of 30:58.5.
• Opened the season at the Eye Opener XC Meet, clocking 30:57.1 over 8K to place 133rd.
