2026 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

• Competed in the 800 meters at two regular-season meets, posting a season-best time of 2:08.90 at the JCSU Golden Bulls Invitational.
• Ran 2:13.60 in the 800 meters at the 3rd Annual Tornado Classic.
• Helped Spartanburg Methodist College's 4x800-meter relay team to a sixth-place finish at the 2026 AAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 8:37.11.

2025-26 (Indoor Track and Field): 

• Competed in four meets during the indoor season.
• Posted a season-best time of 2:12.73 in the 800 meters at the Tryon Winter Classic and Combined Events (Jan. 16-17), finishing 27th.
• Recorded a time of 2:14.53 in the 800 meters at the Liberty Open (Jan. 23-24).
• Finished the season with a time of 2:15.05 in the 800 meters at the Tryon Banked Invitational (Jan. 30).
• Opened the indoor campaign with a 2:15.09 performance in the 800 meters at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (Dec. 7).

2025 (Cross Country): 

• 54th at the Louisville Classic, covering the 8k course in 27:51.

2025 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2024 and Spring Semester 2025
• Competed in six meets during the outdoor season.
• Posted a season-best 5:15.62 in the 1,500 meters at the Montreat Open.
• Recorded a season-best 2:27.57 in the 800 meters at the John-Hunter James Classic.
• Ran a season-best 21:54.70 in the 5,000 meters at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships.
• Finished 10th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (14:48.43) and 13th in the 5,000 meters at the CAC Championships.
• Helped the 4x800-meter relay team to a runner-up finish at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 10:02.73.
• Also competed on the 4x800-meter relay that placed sixth at the Tornado Classic (9:43.12).

2024-25 (Indoor Track and Field): 

• Competed in the 800 meters and 4x400-meter relay at the JDL Early Bird Invitational.
• Finished 19th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:15.33.
• Helped the 4x400-meter relay team place ninth in 3:49.05.

2024 (Cross Country): 

• Competed in two 8K races during the 2024 season.
• Opened the season with a time of 36:26.9 at the Eye Opener XC Meet, placing 160th.
• Posted a season-best 8K time of 37:11.3 at the Brevard XC Classic, finishing 63rd.
