2026 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2025 and Spring Semester 2026
• Competed in the 1,500 meters and 5,000-meter race walk during the outdoor season.
• Earned an eighth-place finish in the 5,000-meter race walk at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 35:14.93.
• Captured a 5,000-meter race walk victory at the SWU GottaRun Invitational in 37:35.91.
• Also recorded a runner-up finish in the 5,000-meter race walk at the SWU GottaRun Invitational (37:35.56).
• Posted a season-best 1,500-meter time of 5:12.40 at the SWU GottaRun Invitational.

2025-26 (Indoor Track and Field): 

• Placed seventh in the 3,000-meter race walk (29:05.92) at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Indoor Championships.
• Posted a season-best 1,000-meter time of 3:22.83 to finish 16th at the JDL Early Bird Invitational.
• Finished 22nd in the 1,000 meters (3:23.72) at the Tryon Winter Classic and Combined Events.
• Recorded a mile time of 5:50.82 at the Tryon Winter Classic and Combined Events.

2025 (Cross Country): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2025 and Spring Semester 2026

2025 (Outdoor Track and Field): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2024 and Spring Semester 2025
• Competed in six meets during the outdoor season.
• Posted a season-best 5:15.62 in the 1,500 meters at the Montreat Open.
• Recorded a season-best 2:27.57 in the 800 meters at the John-Hunter James Classic.
• Ran a season-best 21:54.70 in the 5,000 meters at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships.
• Finished 10th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (14:48.43) and 13th in the 5,000 meters at the CAC Championships.
• Helped the 4x800-meter relay team to a runner-up finish at the Continental Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 10:02.73.
• Also competed on the 4x800-meter relay that placed sixth at the Tornado Classic (9:43.12).

2024-25 (Indoor Track and Field): 

• Competed in two meets during the indoor season.
• Posted a season-best time of 3:20.17 in the 1,000 meters to finish eighth at the JDL Early Bird Invitational.
• Recorded a season-best 2:32.40 in the 800 meters at the JDL Flat Is Fast Invitational.

2024 (Cross Country): 

• Named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Fall Semester 2024 and Spring Semester 2025
• Competed in the Brevard XC Classic.
• Finished 64th in the 8K with a time of 40:04.0.
