Kevin Nolan enters in his 2nd season as Head Coach of the Spartanburg Methodist College Pioneers Men’s Soccer team in 2016. 

In Nolan’s first season as Head Coach he lead the Pioneers to a (13-5-1) 3rd place finish in Region X, and would lose in the Region X Tournament Semi-finals. Nolan had seven players awarded All-Region Team honors. 

Nolan has been very successful in placing his players into four-year colleges. In 2014-2015 he helped place eight players at four-year colleges. 2015-2016 SMC placed six players into four-year colleges. The Schools include James Madison University, Virginia Commonwealth University, USC Upstate, Wingate University, Mars-Hill University, Clayton State, North Georgia University, Columbia International University, Dalton State, Truett McConnell, and Saint Andrews College. 

In Spring 2015, Nolan was promoted to the head coaching position of the Spartanburg Methodist College men's soccer program. Nolan had been assistant coach and director of recruiting under former head coach Rich Weber for the past two seasons. 

Kevin joins Spartanburg Methodist College from Gardner-Webb University where he played four years for the Running Bulldogs. Nolan earned his bachelors degree in Communications and Public Relations

Nolan also coaches at Carolina Elite Soccer Academy. Kevin resides in Simpsonville, SC.
