Rich Weber promoted to head coach of the Men's Soccer program

Following a legend is not a easy task but Rich Weber is up to the challenge of leading the 2010 Region X Champion men's soccer program starting this fall.

Weber will replace former men's head soccer coach Dan Kenneally. Kenneally will focus on leading the women's team while also taking on other duties such as working with SMC student athletes on increasing grade point averages through study halls and also directing the SMC annual Fall and Spring Golf Tournaments.

Weber, a three year assistant coach under Kenneally knows what it takes here at SMC. Rich is a former player before transferring on to Greensboro College in North Carolina. Rich also coaches at Carolina Elite Soccer Academy and has worked numerous soccer camps during the summer months.
