Rich Weber begins his first year as head coach of the SMC Pioneers men's soccer team in 2011-2012.

Weber is an SMC alum and former Pioneer soccer player, himself. He transferred to play at Greensboro College in North Carolina.

He has coached several club teams from Atlanta to Wilmington, NC and now coaches at Carolina Elite Soccer Academy as well.

He was an assistant coach at SMC for three years before being named head coach.
